This is not a shop job—you will travel to various sites across the region. Today you're assembling a boiler room, tomorrow you're tying in a food processing node, next week you're working in a tight mechanical closet.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Field Prep: Cutting, facing, beveling, and tack-welding pipe spools.
• TIG Welding: Root, fill, and cap passes on carbon and stainless steel process lines.
• Geometry Control: Using levels, plumb bobs, and templates in confined spaces.
• Blueprint Reading: Navigating isometric spool drawings.
• Testing Prep: Visual inspection of welds prior to hydro-testing.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ years of field pipe welding experience.
• Ability to work in a crew, maintain site discipline, and deliver code-quality welds even when the GC is rushing you.
• Comfortable working in tight, awkward positions and traveling to job sites.
