📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Cylinder Tear Down: Removing glands, extracting pistons and rods.
• Seal Replacement: Installing new kits, wipers, and guide rings.
• Rod Inspection: Checking for pitting, corrosion, or bends; polishing or chroming as needed.
• Cleaning: Removing old fluid, sludge, and metal flakes from ports and housings.
• Clean Assembly: Hydraulics demand surgical cleanliness; no dust or debris allowed.
• Testing: Pressure testing for leaks, bleeding the system, and troubleshooting pump/valve pressure drops.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Technical education or 2+ years of hydraulic repair experience.
