The environment is warm, fast-paced, and strictly tied to the proofing schedule: if the dough is ready, it must be scaled, shaped, and decked immediately, or the batch is ruined. There is no downtime; the process dictates the rhythm.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Material Handling: Moving heavy dough tubs to the mixers and deck ovens.
• Pan Prep: Greasing molds, lining with parchment, and loading proofed dough.
• Line Feeding: Moving baked loaves onto cooling conveyors and packaging tables.
• Sanitation: Cleaning work zones, washing utensils, and staging empty pans.
• Packaging Support: Assisting the packing team during peak morning shipping rushes.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Ability to keep up with a relentless, process-driven pace.
• Mandatory: Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Comfortable working around the smell of yeast, oven heat, and constant physical movement.
