The job isn't heavy lifting, but it takes place in a chilled environment (39-43°F / 4-6°C) with strict weight controls and sanitary protocols.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Packaging berries into poly bags and clamshells on the automated line.
• Weight verification (tolerance of +/- 2 grams).
• Removing damaged berries or foreign material from the belt.
• Case packing and palletizing finished bags.
• Labeling batches with production dates, expiration codes, and barcodes.

• Willingness to work in thermal gear (we provide jackets, pants, and insulated boots).
