You will be the "first responder" for our clients' manufacturing and packaging lines—when a compressor goes down, production stops.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Preventative Maintenance: Changing synthetic lubricants, air/oil separators, and inline filters.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing air leaks, testing minimum pressure valves, and checking cooling systems.
• Component Repair: Replacing rotor bearings, shaft seals, and assisting with motor rebuilds.
• Commissioning: Startup, calibration, and load-testing after major overhauls or new installations.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Technical training or 2+ years of experience with industrial air compressors.
• Diagnostic ears and eyes: You can hear a bad bearing or a leaking valve before it causes a catastrophic failure.
• Root-cause analysis mindset: You don't just swap a clogged filter; you figure out why it clogged in a week.
