β€’ Precision Turning: Machining OD/ID surfaces to tolerances of 0.001" on tough alloy steels.
β€’ Threading: Cutting metric and ACME threads in 4140, 4340, and 300M steels.
β€’ Surface Finish Control: Achieving Ra 32–63 Β΅in (0.8–1.6 Β΅m) after finish passes.
β€’ Pre-Hardening Operations: Rough and semi-finish turning before heat treat (parts will be ground after).
