We pride ourselves on modern, author-driven cuisine and a high-volume weekend service. We are looking for a culinarian who understands the physics and chemistry of cooking, respects premium ingredients, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Station Mastery: Operate the hot line using professional combi ovens (Rational), induction ranges, and sous-vide immersion circulators. Focus on complex proteins, poultry, seafood, and precise sauces.
• Mise en Place: Execute rigorous daily prep to ensure instantaneous plating during peak service hours (13:00–15:00 & 19:00–22:00).
• Quality Control: Inspect all incoming farm-to-table produce for quality and freshness upon delivery.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to HACCP standards, including color-coded cutting boards, temperature logging, and proper cooling protocols.
• Inventory: Participate in weekly inventory counts and minimize food waste.

• Deep understanding of modern cooking techniques and temperature control.
• Ability to maintain composure and perfect plating standards when 15+ tickets print simultaneously.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
