📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Coffee Program (Day): Dial in grinders (Mahlkönig), pull perfect espresso shots, steam micro-foam for flat whites, and master pour-over methods (V60, Aeropress).
• Cocktail Program (Night): Craft classic cocktails (Negroni, Old Fashioned) and develop seasonal, house-made infusions, tinctures, and syrups.
• Guest Engagement: Act as the "host" behind the stick. Engage in natural conversation, read the room, and recommend drinks based on the guest's mood.
• Operations: Conduct end-of-shift inventory, order supplies, monitor garnish freshness, and maintain a spotless bar workspace.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Deep knowledge of coffee extraction variables (humidity, roast date, grind size).
• Proficiency with bar tools (shaker, jigger, muddler, strainer) with elegant, spill-free technique.
• Understanding of spirits, flavor profiles, and the history of classic cocktails.
