🏢 **About Us:** A bustling, family-friendly brewery and restaurant in Atlanta, GA, featuring a 200-seat dining room, a large patio, and an on-site microbrewery. Weekends are high-volume, featuring live events, private parties, and weddings. We need an experienced FOH leader to conduct the floor like an orchestra while the General Manager handles back-of-house strategy.

📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Pre-Shift Operations: Inspect the dining room, HVAC, POS printers, and staff grooming before doors open. Manage the host stand to balance server sections and prevent bottlenecks.
• Team Leadership: Assign sections, monitor service standards, and keep the team motivated and aligned.
• Guest Recovery: Step in immediately to de-escalate any guest complaints regarding wait times or food quality, offering comps and ensuring they leave happy.
• Event Management: Oversee private dining and banquets from initial inquiry to final toast, coordinating menus, timelines, and AV/DJ requirements.
• Admin & Cash Handling: Open/close shifts in the POS (7shifts/Toast), process cash drops, and maintain the manager's log (incident reports, maintenance requests).

🎓 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of HoReCa management experience.
• Extreme attention to detail (e.g., replacing a dropped fork before the guest notices).
• Ability to lead with a smile, enforce standards without yelling, and manage high-stress rushes.
