🩺 **General Practitioner (Family Medicine Physician)**
🏥 **About Us:** We are a premier, premium-tier medical center in Toronto, actively expanding our diagnostic capabilities and growing our patient roster. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly professional Family Physician to deliver exceptional primary care.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Conduct comprehensive outpatient consultations and primary care assessments following evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Perform initial examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests (Ultrasound, CT, Lab panels, ECG), and develop individualized treatment and prevention plans.
• Manage patient referrals to specialized consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate and secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) using Epic/Cerner, including e-prescriptions and digital medical certificates.
• Participate in complex clinical case discussions and medical councils with our multidisciplinary team.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Medical Degree (MD) with active specialization/certification in Family Medicine or General Practice.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (private practice or multi-specialty clinic experience is highly preferred).
• Valid medical license to practice in Ontario (CPSO) in good standing.
• Proficiency in modern EHR systems and digital health platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, deep empathy for patients, and a commitment to high-quality medical service.
