📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Conduct comprehensive dental consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Perform advanced restorative procedures, including endodontics using a dental microscope.
• Execute prosthetic treatments (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants) with precision.
• Maintain detailed and accurate Electronic Dental Records (EDR).
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, sterilization, and infection control standards.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience in endodontics (microscope proficiency is highly preferred) and prosthodontics.
• Familiarity with modern dental software and digital imaging.
• An existing patient base is a strong advantage, but we provide robust marketing support for new patient acquisition.
