🤝 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Provide psychological support and counseling for students during transitional and adaptation periods.
• Facilitate peer mediation, conflict resolution, and anti-bullying interventions within classrooms.
• Design and conduct career readiness, college prep, and vocational guidance workshops for high school students.
• Consult with teachers and parents to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral support plans.
🎓 **What You Bring:**
• Specialist (Ed.S.) or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• 4+ years of experience in educational or clinical settings with adolescents.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, group facilitation, and career counseling.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
