Our corporate headquarters in downtown Toronto is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to join the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) division. As our holding company continues to acquire mid-sized tech and logistics firms, we need a financial detective who can build robust models, forecast cash flows, and tell the executive board exactly where our money is going—and where it should go next.
In this role, you will not just be crunching numbers; you will be partnering with the CFO and regional directors to dissect the profitability of our various business units. You will build dynamic financial models in Excel and Power BI to simulate market scenarios, assess the ROI of potential M&A targets, and identify hidden cost leakages in our supply chain. Every quarter, you will prepare the board deck, translating dense financial data into a compelling narrative that drives strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, backed by 2+ years of corporate finance experience. You must be an absolute wizard in Excel (Power Query, advanced macros) and comfortable presenting to non-financial stakeholders.
