• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts (supply, lease, services, agency).
• Managing international trade operations, including import/export contracts and customs compliance.
• Handling pre-trial claims, litigation, and representing the company in courts and state agencies.
• Providing legal counsel to internal departments and participating in high-stakes negotiations.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent Master’s in Law.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial/civil law (in-house or top-tier law firm).
• Deep knowledge of contract law and international trade regulations.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
