• Conducting title reviews and drafting purchase/sale/lease agreements for real estate.
• Securing zoning approvals, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
• Representing the company before the land registry and municipal planning boards.
• Advising on land acquisition risks and environmental compliance.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• JD with a focus on Real Estate or Property Law.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions and land use.
• Deep knowledge of local zoning laws and permitting processes.
