📊 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, collateral documents, and terms of service.
• Ensuring compliance with Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and AFM regulations.
• Developing internal compliance policies and monitoring legislative changes.
• Representing the company during regulatory audits and inspections.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Law degree with a specialization in Financial Law or Fintech.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of consumer credit and financial regulatory frameworks.

• Salary: €75,000 EUR annually.
