📜 **Key Duties:**
• Drafting and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and EULAs.
• Managing trademark registrations and IP portfolio protection.
• Advising on data privacy (GDPR) and software licensing.
• Handling IP assignments and interacting with patent attorneys.
🎓 **Who You Are:**
• Law degree with a focus on IT, IP, or Technology Law.
• 1+ year of experience in tech transactions or IP law.
• Fluent in English (C1) and familiar with international software contracts.
