📈 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Managing shareholder registers and organizing general meetings.
• Leading legal due diligence and structuring M&A deals.
• Interacting with the Financial Markets Authority and securities regulators.
• Advising the board on corporate governance and compliance.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• JD or LL.M. in Corporate/Business Law.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, specifically M&A.
• Proven track record with securities regulations and holding structures.
