• Managing the closing process, including document execution and recording.
• Greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the notary archive.
🎓 **Candidate Profile:**
• Paralegal certificate or Law degree.
• 1+ year of experience in a notary office or real estate law firm.
• Strong knowledge of property law and public registries.
