🏢 **About the Firm:** A boutique IP law firm in Seattle, dedicated exclusively to protecting the innovations of tech startups, media companies, and manufacturers. We are expanding our prosecution team.
🛡️ **Core Responsibilities:**
• Prosecuting trademarks, patents, and industrial designs (USPTO, WIPO).
• Enforcing copyrights and handling domain name disputes (UDRP).
• Drafting IP licensing and assignment agreements.
• Monitoring the market for IP infringements and sending cease-and-desist letters.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• JD and active Bar membership.
• 2+ years of experience in IP prosecution and enforcement.
• Knowledge of international IP systems (Madrid Protocol, EUIPO).

• Salary: $105,000 USD annually.
