📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Managing the end-to-end debt collection lifecycle, from pre-litigation negotiations to post-judgment enforcement.
• Interacting with state and federal marshals, sheriffs, and private process servers to execute writs of execution and asset seizures.
• Drafting and filing complex motions in bankruptcy court (Chapter 7, 11, 13) to lift stays and protect creditor interests.
• Conducting deep-dive asset searches and debtor examinations to uncover hidden wealth.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar membership.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial collections, debt recovery, or creditor-side bankruptcy.
• Deep knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state enforcement procedures.
