🏢 **About the Firm:** A highly respected boutique family law practice in Central London. We handle high-net-worth divorces, complex child custody disputes, and prenuptial agreements with discretion and empathy. We are seeking a compassionate yet tenacious solicitor to join our team.
⚖️ **Key Duties:**
• Managing contested divorce proceedings, financial remedy applications, and ancillary relief claims.
• Advising on complex asset division, including trusts, offshore accounts, and business valuations.
• Representing clients in the Family Court and negotiating settlements via collaborative law or mediation.
• Drafting prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements.
🎓 **Candidate Profile:**
• Qualifying Law Degree (LLB) or GDL, and completion of the LPC/SQE.
• Active roll of solicitors with the SRA.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private family law.
✨ **Compensation & Perks:**
• Salary: £60,000 GBP per year + profit share.
