📊 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Analyzing complex public procurement dossiers and advising bid/no-bid decisions.
• Drafting and reviewing tender submissions, ensuring strict compliance with EU and national procurement directives.
• Filing urgent legal challenges and interim injunctions with the Vergabekammer (Public Procurement Tribunal) against discriminatory award criteria.
• Monitoring public tender portals (TED, national platforms) for strategic opportunities.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Master’s in Law (LL.M.) with a focus on Public Procurement or Administrative Law.
• 2+ years of experience in public procurement law, ideally within a construction or engineering firm.
• Deep knowledge of the GWB (German Act against Restraints of Competition) and VgV.
