📝 **Day-to-Day Tasks:**
• Drafting complex pleadings, statements of claim, defenses, and factums for the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.
• Representing clients in commercial, administrative, and regulatory tribunals across all instances.
• Developing innovative legal theories and conducting exhaustive legal research.
• Managing large-scale document discovery and conducting examinations for discovery.
🎓 **Who You Are:**
• Call to the Ontario Bar (or eligible for transfer).
• 5+ years of PQE in commercial litigation.
• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
✨ **What We Provide:**
• Target Salary: $110,000 CAD per year + significant win bonuses.
