🏢 **About the Firm:** A specialized tax law firm in Manhattan, defending high-net-worth individuals and corporations against aggressive IRS and state tax authority audits. We need a sharp tax litigator to protect our clients' wealth.
📈 **Key Duties:**
• Representing clients during IRS audits, appeals, and before the United States Tax Court.
• Drafting administrative protests, petitions, and motions in tax court.
• Advising on the tax implications of complex M&A transactions and restructuring.
• Navigating FATCA, FBAR, and international tax compliance issues.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• JD and an LL.M. in Taxation.
• 3+ years of experience in tax controversy, IRS litigation, or Big 4 tax dispute resolution.
• Deep knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Tax Court rules of practice.
✨ **Compensation:**
• Premium Salary: $130,000 USD annually.
• Full-time, on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office.
