🏢 **About the Company:** A rapidly expanding private hospital network and pharmaceutical distributor in the Netherlands. We need a legal expert to navigate the highly regulated healthcare landscape and ensure patient data compliance.
🛡️ **Core Responsibilities:**
• Managing the licensing and accreditation process for medical facilities and pharmacies.
• Drafting and reviewing complex medical equipment procurement and pharmaceutical supply contracts.
• Ensuring strict compliance with GDPR (specifically regarding sensitive health data) and the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
• Handling patient dispute resolution and medical liability claims.
🎓 **Candidate Profile:**
• Law degree with a specialization in Healthcare Law or Privacy Law.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare, pharma, or medtech sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the WGBO (Medical Treatment Contracts Act) and AVG (GDPR).
