🏢 **About the Company:** A major energy supply and district heating company serving over 50,000 residential and commercial subscribers in Ireland. We need a legal specialist to manage regulatory compliance and consumer debt recovery.
📊 **Key Duties:**
• Drafting and negotiating energy supply agreements, grid connection contracts, and PPAs.
• Managing the legal aspects of consumer debt recovery, including drafting statutory demands and court claims.
• Representing the company before the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) regarding tariff disputes.
• Advising on environmental regulations and ESG compliance in the energy sector.
🎓 **Who You Are:**
• Degree in Law or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in energy law, utilities, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of Irish energy regulations and consumer protection laws.
