🏢 **About the Firm:** A prestigious international law firm in London, advising multinational corporations on cross-border M&A, offshore structuring, and international trade compliance. We are looking for a globally-minded lawyer with fluent English.
🤝 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Structuring international holding companies and managing cross-border joint ventures.
• Advising on the legal frameworks of key jurisdictions (EU, US, BVI, Cayman Islands).
• Drafting and negotiating complex international commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and NDAs.
• Coordinating with foreign counsel and local agents for entity incorporation and regulatory filings.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Qualifying Law Degree and active Bar membership (SRA or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in international corporate law, offshore structuring, or cross-border transactions.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English (C2).
