🏢 **About the Bank:** A modern, forward-thinking commercial bank in Boston, providing comprehensive retail and corporate banking services. We need an in-house counsel to ensure our lending practices and operations comply with federal and state regulations.
📜 **Key Duties:**
• Conducting legal due diligence and drafting complex commercial loan agreements, syndicated facilities, and security documents.
• Advising on collateral enforcement, foreclosure proceedings, and workout/restructuring of non-performing loans.
• Ensuring strict compliance with OCC, FDIC, and CFPB regulations, as well as AML/KYC requirements.
• Drafting standard form consumer and commercial banking contracts.
🎓 **Candidate Profile:**
• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in banking law, commercial lending, or financial regulatory compliance.
• Deep knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and federal banking regulations.

• Salary: $120,000 USD annually.
