A dynamic, product-led software development agency in downtown Toronto is looking for an ambitious and experienced Mid-Level IT Recruiter to expand our engineering and product teams. 1. Key Objectives & Daily Operations:
➤ Execute proactive, high-volume sourcing strategies for specialized IT roles, including Full-Stack Developers, QA Automation Engineers, DevOps Specialists, and Technical Product Managers.
➤ Leverage a wide array of professional networks and niche platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, local tech forums, and specialized Telegram/Discord communities) to build robust talent pipelines.
➤ Conduct in-depth initial technical and cultural screening interviews, evaluating candidates against our rigorous engineering standards and core values.
➤ Partner closely with CTOs, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers to deeply understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and accelerate the feedback loop.
➤ Craft compelling job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and seamlessly manage the pre-boarding process to ensure a high offer-to-acceptance ratio.

2. Required Skills & Experience:
➤ At least 2 years of proven success in IT recruitment, with a strong portfolio of closed technical roles (a track record of hiring senior engineers is a massive plus).
➤ A solid grasp of the modern software development landscape, including the ability to differentiate between programming languages, frameworks, and infrastructure tools.
➤ Advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, X-ray search, and automated outreach campaigns.
➤ Professional proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) to comfortably assess communication skills and conduct interviews with international candidates.
➤ Outstanding negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive tech talent market.

3. Compensation & Perks:
➤ Highly competitive base salary of $70,000 CAD per year, supplemented by a lucrative, uncapped bonus structure for every successfully closed position.
