** Core Operational Duties **
• Conduct initial resume screening and shortlisting for various open positions, ensuring alignment with specific role requirements and team dynamics.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, external recruiters, and internal hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate culture events, team-building activities, and the preparation of personalized Welcome Kits for new joiners.
• Maintain, update, and audit our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases, generating weekly recruitment analytics and pipeline reports.
• Support the broader HR department with ad-hoc projects, including employee engagement surveys, drafting job advertisements, and updating internal HR wikis.

• A profound passion for Human Resources and talent acquisition (we warmly welcome recent graduates from relevant university programs).
• A foundational understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing channels, and basic HR principles.
• Highly proficient in PC operations (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, social media platforms) with strong internet research and data-gathering skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, punctuality, and flawless written and verbal communication in English.
