A premier, market-leading enterprise services corporation operating across the UK and Europe is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Human Resources to lead our People function. We are looking for an executive leader who can align our HR strategy with overarching business goals, optimize organizational design, and elevate our employee experience to industry-leading standards.

◆ Strategic Mandate & Leadership Scope:
• Architect, secure board approval for, and execute a comprehensive, long-term HR strategy that directly supports the company’s aggressive growth and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing internal team comprising Talent Acquisition specialists, HR Business Partners, and Payroll & Compliance administrators.
• Oversee and optimize the total rewards budget, including payroll, benefits administration, L&D investments, and corporate wellness initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Design and champion enterprise-wide performance management ecosystems, transitioning teams to agile frameworks like OKRs and establishing transparent, equitable compensation grading.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, enhance our market reputation as an employer of choice, and cultivate a resilient, inclusive, and high-performance corporate culture.

◆ Executive Requirements & Background:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or an MBA from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years serving as an HR Director or Head of People in a complex, multi-site organization.
• Deep, functional expertise across all HR disciplines: talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation & benefits (C&B), employee relations, and HR legal compliance.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects within HR, including the successful deployment of enterprise-grade HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
• Exceptional executive presence, strategic foresight, advanced conflict resolution capabilities, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

◆ Executive Compensation & Environment:
• Highly competitive base salary of £95,000 GBP per annum, alongside an executive bonus scheme tied to corporate and departmental KPIs.
