📖 Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Design, organize, and facilitate a diverse portfolio of internal and external learning interventions, including workshops, leadership seminars, technical webinars, and peer-to-peer coaching circles.
• Create, curate, and continuously update engaging learning content, onboarding modules, and interactive micro-learning assets for our proprietary internal knowledge base.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using advanced metrics (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model), gathering participant feedback and quantifying the direct impact of L&D on operational performance.
• Partner with department heads to map out individual career pathways, design succession plans, and build a robust internal talent pipeline for critical and leadership roles.

📖 Professional Qualifications & Traits:
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Corporate Training within a modern, agile corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently design curricula, craft compelling presentation decks, and develop interactive multimedia learning materials.
• Strong familiarity with contemporary performance assessment methodologies, including 360-degree feedback loops, behavioral assessments, and competency mapping.
• High emotional intelligence, exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills, and the charisma to captivate and engage diverse adult audiences.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Docebo, Workday Learning, or Cornerstone OnDemand is highly desirable.
