We are a fast-growing tech-enabled logistics company seeking a proactive and empathetic Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Generalist to join our distributed team. If you have a knack for finding top-tier talent and building seamless onboarding experiences, we want you on board.

🎯 Core Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: drafting job descriptions, active sourcing, and conducting behavioral and technical interviews.
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche industry boards) to build robust talent pipelines.
• Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, guiding new hires through their critical first 90 days.
• Facilitate regular 1-on-1 check-ins, monitor employee engagement, and conduct thorough exit interviews to drive retention.

💡 What You Bring to the Table:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
• Proven track record of closing 100+ roles across various departments (from entry-level to management).
• Experience implementing modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and reducing probationary turnover by at least 15%.
• High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
