We need an executive leader who can align our people strategy with aggressive business scaling, optimize organizational design, and elevate our employer brand.
► Strategic Mandate:
• Architect and execute a long-term HR strategy, building and reorganizing the HR department from the ground up.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide compensation and grading frameworks, including KPI and OKR methodologies.
• Oversee the total HR budget (payroll, L&D, social programs), ensuring maximum ROI and cost optimization.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and automate core HR processes using modern HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, Jira).

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, retail, or large-scale distribution.
• Demonstrated success in building an HR function for a 500+ employee organization from scratch.

• Proven ability to reduce key personnel turnover from 25% to single digits through targeted talent development.
