A dynamic, innovation-driven corporate firm in downtown Toronto is seeking an Employee Experience & Onboarding Manager. Armed with a degree in Psychology, you will be the architect of our internal culture, ensuring every new team member feels welcomed, supported, and psychologically safe from day one.
➔ Key Focus Areas:
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from the pre-boarding phase to the successful completion of the probationary period.
• Create interactive, engaging onboarding materials, comprehensive Welcome Kits, and digital handbooks.
• Conduct structured 1-on-1 integration meetings (Week 1, Month 1, Month 3) to gather feedback and adjust support.
• Monitor team psychological climate, proactively identify burnout risks, and mediate interpersonal conflicts.
• Organize corporate training sessions, team-building events, and internal wellness initiatives.
📌 Your Background:
• Degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Human Resources.
• Experience designing "soft onboarding" programs, specifically for high-turnover environments like sales departments.
• Successfully guided 40+ employees through their probationary periods with detailed reporting to leadership.
• High empathy, exceptional emotional intelligence, and strong conflict-resolution skills.
