// 4+ years of dedicated IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house), with a strong portfolio of closed roles.
// Proven success closing 80+ complex technical positions (Java, React, Node.js, DevOps, Python, Product Management).
// Average Time-to-Fill for Middle/Senior roles consistently under 20 days.
// Experience working with international clients across the US, EU, and DACH regions.
