✨ What You Will Do:
• Source potential candidates across key platforms (LinkedIn, Wellfound/AngelList, GitHub, and tech forums).
• Craft and optimize basic Boolean search strings to find niche technical profiles.
• Screen resumes for role alignment and initiate the first touchpoint via email or LinkedIn messaging.
• Maintain and update our internal candidate database in our ATS (Lever), ensuring data integrity and reporting.
• Gain a foundational understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and modern software development stacks.
🌱 Your Profile:
• Completed a comprehensive, practical IT Recruiting & Sourcing course (3+ months duration).
• Successfully defended a final project involving complex Boolean searches and sourcing 50+ relevant developer profiles.
• Basic theoretical knowledge of tech stacks (Frontend, Backend, QA, Mobile, DevOps).
• Highly trainable, persistent, detail-oriented, and possessing excellent written communication skills.
