Описание

🖨️ **Digital Press Operator / Print Production Specialist**

💻 **About Me:** I am a skilled digital print operator with over 4 years of experience in the commercial printing industry. I operate modern industrial-class digital presses and possess a deep understanding of the pre-press workflow, allowing me to expertly check and correct client files to prevent waste and errors during the actual print run.

📋 **Core Responsibilities & Experience:**
• Pre-press file verification: checking resolution, CMYK color space, and bleed requirements for digital printing.
• Operating industrial digital presses (Konica Minolta, Xerox, Canon): managing print queues, calibrating equipment, and replacing consumables.
• Wide-format printing on interior plotters (paper, banner, vinyl, canvas) and configuring ICC profiles for various substrates.
• Finishing operations: guillotine cutting, roll and pouch lamination, scoring, folding, and perforation.
• Binding and assembly: wire-o, plastic comb, thermal binding, and hardcover case making.
• Client communication: receiving orders via email/messengers, providing cost estimates, and offering technical consultations.

🛠️ **Software Proficiency:**
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) for file pre-flighting and quick edits.
• CorelDraw (confident handling of client vector layouts).
• Specialized RIP software for managing digital press output.

✨ **Expectations:**
• High working speed with meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling high-volume rush orders.
• Target Salary: $45,000 USD annually.
• Setup: Full-time, On-site (Boston, MA). *Note: While pre-press file checking can be done remotely, operating the digital presses and finishing equipment requires physical presence on the production floor.*
