Description

Join our vibrant contemporary arts collective and cultural venue located in the heart of Shoreditch, London. We are currently seeking a dynamic Arts & Events Producer to take the helm of our ambitious cultural programming and large-scale public events.

~ The Role & Daily Impact ~
You will be the driving force behind our exhibition launches, live music nights, and immersive theatrical performances. Your day involves translating abstract artistic concepts into fully realized, logistically sound events. You will draft detailed production schedules, negotiate technical riders with touring bands and installation artists, and manage a diverse roster of freelance technicians, decorators, and stagehands. Beyond the creative side, you will handle the nitty-gritty: budgeting each project, securing sponsorships, and liaising with local media and cultural bloggers to ensure maximum footfall.

~ Who We Are Looking For ~
We need someone who has spent at least three years in the trenches of the event or gallery industry. You should possess an intuitive understanding of the contemporary art scene and live entertainment, coupled with a robust contact book of artists, vendors, and PR agencies. Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable, as you will be pitching to potential sponsors, negotiating with local council authorities for permits, and hosting international guests. You thrive under pressure, able to make split-second decisions when a stage light fails an hour before doors open.

~ What We Offer ~
We offer a competitive base salary of £45,000 per year, alongside a performance bonus structure tied to ticket sales and bar revenue. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our historic Shoreditch warehouse venue, though you will frequently be out in the field securing locations and managing load-ins. You will have the creative freedom to pitch and curate your own micro-projects within our space, working alongside a passionate, tight-knit team of artists and producers in one of London's most inspiring cultural hubs.
