A leading creative agency and event production house in Berlin is searching for a Senior Event & Creative Projects Manager to oversee our portfolio of large-scale cultural and corporate events. We are known for pushing the boundaries of live experiences, blending cutting-edge technology with immersive artistic installations. We need a seasoned project leader who can take an event from a blank canvas to a flawless execution.
a) Your mandate covers the entire lifecycle of our events. You will start by workshopping the creative concept with our design team, then transition into hardcore logistics. This means negotiating complex technical and hospitality riders with international DJs, keynote speakers, and performance troupes. You will be the single point of contact for all external vendors, managing the load-in and load-out schedules for staging, AV, lighting, catering, and custom fabrications.
b) Financial and operational control is paramount. You will draft comprehensive event budgets, continuously tracking actuals against forecasts to optimize our profit margins. On the days of the event, you will act as the show caller or floor manager, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, crowd control measures, and our internal quality standards.
c) We expect you to bring at least four years of experience managing large-scale festivals, corporate summits, or high-end cultural galas. You must have a deep, practical knowledge of modern live event technology, including LED wall integration, line-array audio systems, and automated rigging. The ability to remain completely unflappable when a vendor cancels or the weather turns is essential. Excellent German and English communication skills are required to liaise with local authorities, international artists, and our diverse crew.
d) We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 EUR per year, plus a bonus structure tied to the successful delivery and profitability of your events. This is a full-time position based in our creative office in Kreuzberg, but expect to spend a significant amount of time on-site at venues across Germany and occasionally abroad.
