Join a leading corporate training and coding bootcamp provider in Austin, Texas. We run intensive, 12-week immersive programs that take thousands of students from novice to job-ready developers and product managers every year. We are seeking an EdTech Program Manager who thrives in controlled chaos, capable of orchestrating the complex logistics of live cohorts, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring our students actually cross the finish line.

* Orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple simultaneous cohorts: from pre-onboarding and technical setup to daily stand-ups, weekly retrospectives, and graduation ceremonies.
* Managing a diverse roster of contract instructors, teaching assistants, and career coaches, ensuring they adhere to our pedagogical standards and deliver high-quality mentorship.
* Acting as the ultimate escalation point for student crises, whether it's a learner struggling with imposter syndrome, a technical outage during a live coding exam, or a scheduling conflict with a lead instructor.
* Partnering with our marketing and admissions teams to optimize the enrollment funnel, organizing high-conversion open-house webinars, and analyzing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) against LTV (Life Time Value).
* Monitoring critical cohort health metrics, particularly NPS (Net Promoter Score) and COR (Course Completion Rate), and implementing immediate interventions if a cohort starts to lag.

Who you are:
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Communications, and bring at least 3 years of project management experience in EdTech, SaaS customer success, or event operations.
* You are a master of asynchronous communication and project tracking tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, and Slack. You don't just use them; you build the templates the rest of the company relies on.
* You possess strong financial acumen, capable of managing program budgets, negotiating vendor contracts for cloud credits, and forecasting instructor payroll.
* You have the emotional intelligence to mentor burnt-out teaching assistants and the firmness to hold underperforming staff accountable.

The Package:
- $92,000 USD annually, with a performance bonus tied directly to cohort completion rates and graduate placement metrics.
- A fully remote position with flexible hours, though you must be available for core US Central Time zone overlap for live cohort emergencies and weekly leadership syncs.
- A clear pathway to Director of Operations as we expand our enterprise B2B training divisions.
