Opis

Our Berlin-based digital learning hub is scaling rapidly across the DACH region, and we are seeking empathetic, detail-oriented Junior Teaching Assistants to be the frontline of our student support ecosystem. You won't be lecturing; instead, you will be the critical safety net that ensures our self-paced and cohort-based learners never feel lost, isolated, or stuck on a bug at 11 PM.

a) Providing rapid, empathetic, and highly detailed responses to student queries in our Discord and Slack communities, covering everything from basic platform navigation to complex debugging of their Python or UX design assignments.
b) Grading practical, project-based homework against strict, pre-designed rubrics, providing formative feedback that not only corrects mistakes but encourages the learner to think critically about their approach.
c) Hosting weekly virtual 'Office Hours' and live Q&A sessions alongside the Lead Instructor, helping to break down the most common stumbling blocks of the week.
d) Fostering a vibrant, inclusive community by initiating peer-to-peer study groups, celebrating student milestones, and moderating discussions to ensure a respectful, collaborative environment.
e) Monitoring learner engagement telemetry to identify 'at-risk' students who are falling behind on the syllabus, proactively reaching out with personalized motivation and study plans.

Your Profile:
a) A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a relevant technical field (depending on the specific track you are applying to support).
b) Exceptional written communication skills in both English and German (C1 level or higher), with a tone that is professional yet warm and approachable.
c) High digital literacy: you are a power user of Notion, Loom, Google Workspace, and community platforms like Discord or Circle.
d) A deep well of patience and a genuine psychological drive to help others succeed. You understand that a student asking a 'basic' question is actually showing vulnerability and needs encouragement, not condescension.

Our Offer:
- A competitive starting salary of €42,000 EUR gross per year, with a guaranteed review and bump at the 6-month mark based on student satisfaction scores.
- A fully remote, asynchronous-friendly schedule that allows you to balance your support shifts with your own studies or creative pursuits.
- A direct, transparent career path into Senior Curriculum Design, Community Management, or Lead Instruction, backed by our internal mentorship program.
