Description

I am a strategic Instructional Designer who bridges the gap between dense subject matter expertise and engaging, learner-centric digital experiences. I do not just format text into slides; I architect cognitive journeys that reduce friction, maximize knowledge retention, and drive measurable business outcomes. My expertise lies in translating complex corporate compliance or technical workflows into intuitive, interactive modules that learners actually want to complete.

Chronology of Design & Development:
04.2017 - 11.2020: Learning Experience Designer at a mid-sized fintech startup. Built the entire onboarding academy from scratch, reducing time-to-productivity for new hires by three weeks. Conducted intensive SME interviews to extract tacit knowledge.
12.2020 to date: Senior Instructional Designer for a global SaaS company. Leading the migration of legacy PDF manuals into interactive, SCORM-compliant microlearning paths. I manage the full ADDIE lifecycle, from needs analysis and storyboarding to LMS deployment and xAPI data tracking.

Core Competencies & Software Stack:
- Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
- LMS Administration: Docebo, TalentLMS, Canvas (user provisioning, reporting, custom branding).
- Methodologies: SAM (Successive Approximation Model), Kirkpatrick Evaluation, Action Mapping, and Cognitive Load Theory.
- Prototyping: Figma, Miro, Whimsical.

I am looking for an onsite or hybrid role in a dynamic product or corporate training environment where I can leverage data-driven LX design to elevate the company's learning culture.
