Operational Experience & Workflow Management:
Jan 2020 – Aug 2022: Program Coordinator for a digital marketing bootcamp. Managed the logistical rollout of 15 concurrent cohorts. Handled everything from syncing payment gateways (Stripe) to provisioning student accounts and troubleshooting video playback issues.
Sept 2022 – Present: LMS Administrator & Curriculum Assistant at an online university. I act as the technical backbone for the academic team. I upload and format course assets, configure automated email drip campaigns, and build complex dashboards to track student engagement and completion rates.
