A well-established corporate law firm in downtown Toronto, specializing in business litigation and commercial real estate, is seeking a meticulous Legal Document Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume documentation environment and understands the critical importance of accuracy in the legal field.

Your Daily Routine:
- Registering, organizing, and archiving all incoming and outgoing legal correspondence.
- Drafting standard contracts, agreements, and procedural documents for court filings using our internal templates.
- Managing client files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and easily retrievable.
- Coordinating with notaries and court registries for document submissions.

What We Expect:
- Ability to quickly navigate large volumes of documents and maintain a flawless filing system.
- Basic familiarity with legal terminology is a plus, though not strictly required if you are a fast learner.
- Post-secondary education in law, paralegal studies, or document management is preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm, notary office, or government legal department will give you a strong advantage.
