Description

A leading wholesale supplier of construction chemicals and finishing materials in Amsterdam is inviting an Assistant to the Head of Sales to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Our sales department is constantly expanding, and we are onboarding new major dealers regularly. We need someone to take over the routine paperwork and system updates, freeing our managers to focus on active sales. You will become the right hand to the Sales Director and the key coordinator of the commercial department.

Key Tasks:
- Processing the primary document package for clients: issuing invoices, delivery notes, and preparing standard specifications for contracts.
- Timely entry and updating of client data, orders, and deal statuses in our CRM (Bitrix24 / HubSpot).
- Generating commercial proposals using existing price lists and templates upon request from managers.
- Monitoring accounts receivable: tracking payments from buyers and sending reminders for upcoming deadlines.
- Coordinating the shipment and delivery process in collaboration with the logistics department.
- Preparing regular reports on manager activity and departmental sales targets.

Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of experience as a sales assistant, commercial coordinator, or ERP operator.
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel — formulas, data sorting) and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of primary document processing rules (invoices, waybills).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large arrays of numerical data.
- Self-discipline, ability to work from home, and excellent written English.
