A dynamic mobile app development company is inviting a caring Office Manager — or as we fondly call them, the "Workplace Host" — to join our Austin team. Our office is more than just desks and chairs; it's a creative space for collaboration, communication, and comfort for the entire team. We are looking for someone who knows how to create a cozy atmosphere, keep all household matters under control, and ensure every employee feels right at home. This role requires constant on-site presence at our company's premises.
Daily Tasks of Our Workplace Host:
[1] Ensuring the office runs smoothly: regularly ordering food supplies (coffee, tea, fresh fruits, snacks) and household chemicals.
[2] Maintaining cleanliness and order in all office zones, interacting with the cleaning service, and monitoring the quality of their work.
[3] Coordinating the technical condition of the premises: liaising with the business center administration regarding ventilation, heating, lighting, and minor furniture repairs.
[4] Welcoming and hosting guests, clients, and company partners with aromatic beverages, creating a friendly atmosphere.
[5] Receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages from courier services, sending out letters.
[6] Assisting the HR department in preparing the office for celebrations, corporate events, and team-building activities.
Our Ideal Colleague Has:
[1] At least 1 year of experience as an office manager, hotel administrator, or in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
[2] Confident computer skills and familiarity with office software (Google Docs, Sheets, messengers).
[3] High empathy, friendliness, a love for order, and attention to small details.
[4] The ability to quickly respond to the team's everyday needs and find optimal solutions.
[5] Excellent written and spoken English.
What We Guarantee:
[1] A stable annual salary of $52,000 USD (paid bi-weekly without delays).
[2] Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday are days off).
