An international investment company is announcing a vacancy for a Personal Executive Assistant to the Director. Since our Director is a foreign representative, the key to success in this role is fluent English for daily communication, translation, and correspondence management. We are looking for a presentable, diplomatic, and proactive individual with experience in administrative support for top managers. The position requires full-time work in our modern London office.
I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
❖ Providing two-way simultaneous and consecutive translation during the Director's meetings with local partners.
❖ Managing official business correspondence in English with the head office and international contractors.
❖ Monitoring and coordinating the executive's calendar: scheduling negotiations, meetings, and protocol events.
❖ Organizing international business trips (travel support): visa assistance, booking flights, hotels, and transfers.
❖ Preparing information-analytical briefs, reports, and multimedia presentations in both English and local language.
❖ Executing business and personal tasks for the Director to ensure efficient office operations.
II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
❖ Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, or a related field; knowledge of business terminology.
❖ Fluent English at C1 (Advanced) level for conducting negotiations and written communication.
❖ At least 1 year of experience as a personal executive assistant or translator.
❖ Excellent knowledge of business etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
❖ Proficiency in computer software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and presentation platforms.
III. CORPORATE CONDITIONS
❖ Annual salary of £48,000 GBP (with the possibility of review based on performance).
❖ A modern Class A office in central London, fully equipped workspace.
❖ Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (occasional short business trips).
❖ Full-time employment, paid vacation, and private medical insurance after the probation period.
