A manufacturing and export company (woodworking and furniture production) located in Rotterdam is announcing a competition for the position of Office Manager with knowledge of Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) and logistics. We are looking for a systematic specialist who will combine classic administrative functions with support for export operations, interaction with customs brokers, and preparation of accompanying documentation packages for foreign buyers. The position requires full-time work at the company's office.

Duties of the FEA Office Manager:
▲ Receiving, primary processing, and coordinating export/import orders from the company's European clients.
▲ Preparing a complete set of documents for customs clearance of goods (invoices, packing lists, CMR, certificates of origin).
▲ Daily communication with accredited customs brokers, transport companies, and carriers to control delivery times.
▲ Organizing the document flow of the general department, registering incoming and outgoing documents, working with mail.
▲ Ordering office and household supplies, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the central office.
▲ Organizing the reception of foreign delegations, booking hotels, transfers, and preparing presentation materials.

Our Expectations from a Future Colleague:
▲ Higher education (preferably international economics, FEA, customs affairs, or linguistics).
▲ At least 2 years of experience as an office manager, logistics specialist, or FEA department assistant.
▲ Understanding of basic Incoterms rules, rules for filling out transport and customs documents.
▲ English proficiency at B1 level (for basic correspondence with carriers and clients).
▲ High level of attention to detail when working with documents, punctuality, and stress resistance.
